All meats are are finding it difficult with a slack demand except for the mince sector of the market - Cow and Sow prices are also under pressure now when last week prices were still strong.
PIGS Generally stand on today...............................
BEEF Trade is very quiet with poor demand and prices remain under pressure led by the live markets.............................
LAMB The price has seen more pressure this week........................

This was introduced for pigs in 2008, horses in 2009 last year and has now been introduced for cattle, sheep and goats as from the beginning of 2010.
